During this Covid-19 situation, Indian Hindi cinema has faced huge losses as well as closed thousand plus cinema complexes permanently and postponed hundred plus hits movies released. Some film projects shout down, while many people lost their jobs not only related to film’s production but also film’s supply chain.  According to a 2020 report from accounting firm Ernst & Young, India had around 9,527 screens out of which there were around 6,327 single-screen theaters and 3,200 multiplexes. Last year, around 1,000 screens shut down permanently. How to pass difficult days happily?

  No, don’t get me wrong. It is not possible to pass difficult days happily because difficult time is unhappy time when you have to struggle a lot. There is little hope of coming out of the tough condition. Still, you can be happy. Is it? Yes, it is possible. I know that most of you are skeptical about it. You would think that I have written this post to just increase page views for my blog. I am just giving you some motivational speech without any real substance. I don’t blame you for having such idea but then, if you look at people all around you, you will notice that most people are passing difficult condition. You are lucky if you have 3 decent meals a day and have some kind of shelter called home. Millions of people are hungry, millions of people are poor in the richest country on earth USA. Global Conference: Physical or Virtual?

I came across this interesting report in BBC: How global conferences are using tech to stay in business in which it talked about hosting conferences virtually instead of face to face events. During the days of corona , there is hardly any scope of arranging conferences physically. Even, we have to arrange almost all of the office meetings via Zoom or similar softwares. So, you have to depend on technology during such tough times. Once the epidemic is gone or at least 70% of the people being vaccinated and we can have most of the restrictions lifted, will we go back to face to face events? May be or may be not. We surely love to go back to normal life again. But then, it may literally take months if not years to get all the people of all the countries vaccinated. When talking about global conference, don’t forget that global means people from many countries. So, if you have to have a real global conference then you need to have people from at least 20-30 countries or even more...
